Hi all and thanks for getting this far… just a bit of gen about who we are and what’s happening right now. 

So we’re Craig and Julie Avery and we have 3 Border Collies. Calaidh (cally) born on 6/2/15 who’s a black tri, Bhruic (broo-ic) is a blue Merle born on 21/1/16 and finally little Freya the Runtie pup born on 14/3/17 and she’s a blue Merle tri. 

Craig’s So Craig lives in our house with 4 girls god love him! Craig is dog behaviourist working for Pawsitive Solutions and I am, well, quite frankly, currently unemployed! Ive been suffering from anxiety and depression for the last year and a half and am finally coming out the other side. Who know what life holds in store for me but I know it’s gonna be good and so much better for me than working in a factory under huge amounts of stress and pressure. Onwards and upwards. 

Craig owns a 2009 Jeep Wrangler which we go overlanding in with the Overland abound group. We’ve loved getting away and staying in our TuffTrek rooftop tent though haven’t had the best of weather since we got it! 

So, more important maybe is to explain the reason for starting this blog. We are currently experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic and are on lockdown in our own house. We are allowed to leave the house for exercise once a day and are allowed to go to the supermarket for provisions but other than that almost everything else is closed. Craig isn’t able to work at the moment and he’s trying to get the business online. I can’t look for work as everything has closed. We have never experienced anything like this and I’d like this blog to keep a record of what it’s like.
